Hello,
I’ve been struggling with using Vuforia Ground Plane inside of Unity3D. I am currently using the most recent version of Vuforia and the issue exist in Unity 2017 and 2018. I tested the Vuforia Core Samples on my IPhone and Android. Both devices have an issue saying the ground tracker failed/phone is not supported.
However, I know that my phones are supported because the Vuforia app in the App Store works for my phone and is using the Ground Plane feature. Any idea what may be the cause of this?
Side note: The other samples work for me like image target on both devices
